1. www.defreshco.com (Malaysia) at the moment, only delivers in within Klang Valley in Malaysia. we do not provide out of Klang Valley or International Shipment.
  2. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, shipping provider and other factors.
  3. All express delivery service are provided for all completed orders before 17:00. For any completed orders make after 17:00, delivery service will be resume on next business day.
  4. Delivery service; operating from 09:00 - 17:00.
  5. Self-Pickup service; operating from 09:00 - 18:00.
  6. For self-pickup, it is advisable for customer to proceed to the following Fulfillment Locations before 19:00.


a) I was away when the goods delivered to me, what can I do?

It’s advisable that you be available at your chosen preferred delivery time or ensuring there are another person at your location to accept the delivery of goods on behalf. 

Our delivery personnel will attempt 3 calls to you, goods will be returned to warehouse if you fail to answer or accept the delivery after these attempts. Re-delivery can be arranged at extra charges. 

b) At what time should I expect the delivery of goods?

For express delivery, goods delivery are scheduled; in within of 10 KG, expecting in the range of 1 to 2 hours in within of Klang Valley depending on weather and traffic conditions. This is applicable for completed orders make before 17:00. 

For completed orders make after 17:00, will be depending on available delivery riders. And that also depending on weather and traffic conditions. Other wise, the purchased goods will be schedule on next business day. 

c) I have yet to received my goods in within of the delivery time frame , what can I do?

d) I cannot decide on which express delivery to choose upon check-out. (Motor vs Car)

This is depending on shoppers shopping experience and judgement, please choose 'Lalamove Door2Door (car)' services for goods purchased exceeding 10 KG.

For goods purchased not exceeding 10 KG, purchasers are advised to use 'Lalamove LalaBag (MotorCycyle)' services.

e) Can I check my goods when dropping by for self-pickup?
